Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Period

We accept returns of unused products within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging

2. No Returns on Sale Items

Products bought during clearance or sale cannot be returned.

3. Opening Video Required

To process any return or damage claim, customers must record a full unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package
  • Shipping label
  • The complete opening process
  • The product clearly

Important: Without a proper video, returns for damage or missing items cannot be accepted.

4. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours.

We will arrange pickup and replacement/return.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and check the product.

Refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.

This may take 5–7 working days after approval.

6. When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used or damaged after delivery
  • Tags removed or packaging missing
  • No unboxing video
  • Request made after 7 days
  • Clearance/sale products
